As its name indicates, this laptop is designed from graphite. We put the CarbonBook to the analyze to see if its efficiency is as amazing as its style.

Inhon_Carbonbook_lidWhen it comes to handling power, it seems as if you can never have enough. The issue has always been that more highly effective CPUs eat more power, thus the lower battery power. On the other hand, you have durable, low power intake gadgets that cannot manage some of the more challenging programs. The CarbonBook looks to response that issue by attire a slim laptop with an 11.6-inch display with a 3rd gen Apple Primary i5, which is not too power challenging while offering more than enough handling power.

Build and Design

Carbonbook_Introduction_5So much of buying a product is based on its overall look and feel. In this area, the CarbonBook comes out before much of the competitors. It certainly looks good with its shiny graphite complete on both top and base spend includes. The edges, important factors, frame, and hand rest are all still nasty but have a awesome flat dark complete. We did discover that the spend as well as the internal quickly became finger marks heat. On the benefit, INHON does offer a flat dark complete edition of the CarbonBook which should be a bit more finger marks proof.

Holding the CarbonBook is a satisfaction as it is clearly light, but seems durable. There is no framework bend, and the lid ends closed very firmly thanks to some inner heat. This is awesome, but can make it challenging to open. We taken the CarbonBook in a light and portable back pack for a complete day in place of our more highly effective Asus UX32VD and the distinction in weight was very obvious.

Screen, Slots and Features

Carbonbook_Introduction_2The CarbonBook is extremely light and portable and has a shiny 11.6-inch display with a quality of 1366 x 768 p. I generally choose a bigger quality display, but at this size it would be challenging to study written text at a complete HD (1920 x 1080) quality. Other specifications for the CarbonBook include a 128GB SSD, wi-fi N, a microSD credit cards audience, DisplayPort out, two USB ports (one USB 2.0 and one USB3.0), and a 720P electronic camera.

The port choice is decent for an ultraportable but we would have liked to see at least one more USB 3.0 port. Some customers might also look for the microSD credit cards port challenging because it means they can’t use requirements SD credit cards like the ones used in most electronic cameras.

Benchmarks

The CarbonBook has decent specifications and as such should do pretty well outside of design efficiency. The on board Apple HD 4000 is not known for establishing 3D efficiency information but manages movie play-back just excellent. As such, unless you are looking to play some serious activities on the CarbonBook (and eat up battery power like no one’s business), the HD 4000 should manage most projects.

As we earlier described the CarbonBook is not a game playing or 3D focused laptop. Its concentrate is flexibility so keep that in mind when analyzing its efficiency in game playing bechmarks such as 3DMark11. As you can see below, the CarbonBook ratings low but its efficiency is more than sufficient for films and surfing around.
