Samsung Galaxy S5 VS Samsung Galaxy S4 Design - Samsung has created an all-new design for the Galaxy S5. It based on the same kind of tests with nasty that led to the Observe 3’s leather-effect returning, and generates the cellphone its ‘perforated’ returning design.
It is made of nasty, but has a smooth contact complete that is gentler on the fingertips than the a little bit awkward shiny nasty of the Galaxy S4. The new design is an enhancement, at least on feel.
The Galaxy S5 is a bit bulkier, broader and broader than the old design, though. It’s 15g bulkier than the S4, but Samsung’s mobile phones are pretty light across the panel anyway.

The S5 is approximately 2mm broader than the S4, almost a centimetre higher and 0.2mm broader. Without placing them side-by-side you might not find the difference, but the Galaxy S4 is actually considerably more lightweight. And its silvery ends lack the naff ridging impact used by the S5.
Both mobile phones let you take off the returning protect, for quick access to battery power. Hardly any top-end mobile phones offer this these days.

The Galaxy S5 has one clear components advantage. It offers normal water proof, with IP67 documentation. The USB slot on the end and battery power protect are both rubber-sealed to avoid allowing normal water or dirt in, much like other safe from nature's elements mobile phones.
You can soak the S5 in normal water and as long as the closes are in place, it’ll be excellent. Fall the Galaxy S4 in normal water and you risk eliminating it.

But that does not really describe why the Galaxy S5 is so much bigger than the S4 when it has only a partially bigger screen. It’s also down to the extra receptors connected to the cellphone.
The Galaxy S5 has a finger print scanner and a new a pulse amount indicator, both of which control a bit of space under the bonnet. We do not think they are particularly beneficial accessories, though.
The finger print scanner is quite difficult, much more so than the TouchID indicator of the iPhone 5S. Its overall picture is that it needs you to run across the indicator, rather than just placing a finger over it.
While it is in a sensible location – under the main choose key – too often it does not sign-up your finger print, startup you out to a conventional passcode after a few tries. The Galaxy S4 does not have a finger print scanner, just a normal choose key.

It rests below the digicam lens on the returning, and is used within the S Health app. It works, but it’s not very practical to use while training and – here is the real kicker – you can get the same kind of read-outs using the S4’s digicam and LED display and a third-party pulse amount app.
